hi, I would like to know when is the next release of this pack. i find some common basic things missing in this pack. a. no minimize button in the motion bro plugin b. no stop motion typography or animations. no chalkboard either. c. very few devices only smartphones, laptops and drones. d. very few readymade instagram stories and design layouts. e. no cartoon character animations like the one used in explainer videos

We are constantly working and in a few months a new update will be released, but the date is not set yet. Our main focus is not on basic and common things. Create Pack offers 3600 elements divided into several categories so you can mix and create unlimited animations with them. If you dive into the content, you will surely find many of the things you are stating that the pack does not have. Thanks so much for your tips on what you think is important for the next update, we’ve already noted here and will try to broaden some of the categories you mentioned in the next release.
hi, I am creating a 1:1 composition. When I apply the devices they are getting cropped. I thought the elements are auto-reponsive.

I am stuck at the “1.3 – Download Free Additional Images here” part. The link does not take me to that specific download, it only downloads the create pack folder with the instructional pdf. I have my purchase code handy and it shows on my account the two purchases I made.

By clicking on the link in item 1.3. You will be redirected to the “Check Purchase” page. There you will see a button with the title: “Click here to check your purchase”. By clicking you will need to login to your Envato account with the same user who made the purchase and accept the Envato API check. (If you are already logged in with an account other than the license purchaser, please logout and restart the start process as the download of additional content will only be released to the license owner’s account).

Yes, Create Pack is compatible with all arabic fonts that do not conflict with Adobe applications, some users have reported that some fonts have problems, but the conflict of these fonts is with After Effects per se and not specifically with Create Pack.

Emoji Creator Pro is quite uncomfortable to use. Can you fix it as the commercial? Using the slide bar to change the eyes, mouth stuff? Drop down menu is really annoying, I have to click by click and see what it looks like everytime.

I can assure you that the experience with Slider is more complicated. Because you have no way of knowing the choice you have applied and dropdown allows you to create eye or mouth changing animations by adding keyframes to them. The slider preview was a way we found to display the many possibilities that Emoji Creator Pro offers, but all the features are the same.

Are your templates multilingual? I’ve heard that there may be problems with After Effects templates when using a different language version (for example German). It should then give problems with the expressions. There is an ExpressionUniversalizer, but not every developer uses it. Because I think your templates are really good, I wanted to ask.
Hi senfdazu. Yes, we use ExpressionUniversalizer to check all expressions. Seems to be working in all languages. There have been no complaints regarding this so far.

It seems that font Khmer has some working difficulties with ADOBE applications and not with Create Pack. There are a few tricks to make it work perfectly, I found a video that seems to explain how to do this, unfortunately I do not understand what is said. Please check this link and see if it helps you. If the Source works without errors within After Effects, I’m sure the animations will work too. We are here to help you with whatever you need.

No expression error is displayed if you follow all steps of userguide. Probably must be using the CC2019, correct? Yes, Create Pack is compatible with all languages. You will have to access layers to modify fonts, but if you have the slightest knowledge of AE, this will not be difficult.

Two quick questions: if I buy the regular license product – can I use it for making Youtube videos? Also, can it be used more than once or is there a limitation of any kind? Thanks for the answers!
Hi Nigel. Regular license is a per final client base. You can make unlimited videos for your self or One Client. With Extended License you can create unlimited videos for unlimited clients.

Is tutorials included? I like the Empire state building design of yours that i want to change picture and its name.. Is it going to be hard ?

Sorry for the delay. If you use the Regular License for the same client, or for your own use only, it is not against the rights of the Regular License, it does not make sense that a pack with 3600 elements can only be used once. The Regular license is valid per customer. The empire State poster can be modified, but you will need some knowledge to adjust the image and the masks. The text is just Type. It has installation tutorial and the use is quite intuitive. there are also several Product Review that show how the tool works.
