Hi AlohaFX! I’m portuguese but i’m fluent in english too. Another question: i have two computers, one in my co-work and a laptop inn my house. I have a license of the Adobe Creative Suite installed in both of them. I can use and register (the licence certificate) this pack in After Effects on both of them right? Cheers!

Hi typochef. It is not for one project only. It makes no sense to develop such a huge pack so you can create just one final video. The license is valid per end customer. You can create unlimited animations for a customer by regular license. Or unlimited animations for unlimited customers with extended license.

I don’t sell videos. I am a teacher by profession and make learning videos that are not sold but given access on a monthly subscription base. Can I use the regular license for my videos?
Yes, it would be as if you were your own customer. You will be able to create unlimited videos for your own Channel.

The changes are super simple, but to customize and modify the templates you need to have a minimum knowledge of After Effects. You will need to unshy the hidden layers and create new keyframes as you wish. Email me at support@alohafx.net with printscreens of what you need to modify and I will be happy to try to help.

It looks like you need to customize the animation. In this template, everything is based on this triangle, several layers are parenting to it, meaning you can’t delete it. But you can try two basic things: 1 – Disable the “Eye icon” on the left side of the layer you don’t want displayed. 2 – Modify the opacity property of layers you do not want to display.
This is a complex animation where the layers depend on each other. You will need some knowledge in After Effects to create a new one from it.

big problem with motion bro. i have downloaded a template from envato elements and i am trying to add a logo reveal from motion bro. but the motion bro plugin is not allowing saying the the template contains elements from motion bro 1. this is a major problem is your product not backward compatible

From what you say the problem is not with the Create Pack but with the other product you are trying to use, but did not receive updates. It’s certainly easier for you to contact the motionBro guys to understand why this “other” template doesn’t work with the current MotionBro interface. I’m here to help you as you please, but please try to understand that we are not the owners of MotionBro, just the Create Pack.
I didnt know they are separate entities. From an end user perspective it’s one product for me. This is a very wrong statement you make. And there’s no problem with the other template as you are trying to say. If it’s running on CC 2019, then why not with the Create Pack? This is the error I am getting while adding an element from the CREATE PACK “Probably the project contains presets from a previous version of the extension – Motion Bro 1.x.x. To avoid errors, follow these steps: • Go to the Motion Bro extension toolbar. • Click the trash icon. • In the warning about deleting all unused transitions – click ‘Yes’”

I can’t quite understand the error that is happening. I suggest you upgrade your MotionBro, all MotionBro packs work simultaneously on the latest versions. The Create Pack has been added starting with MotionBro version 2.2.4. If you install version 2.2.10 (which is the most up to date today). All packs that are compatible with MotionBro should work perfectly at the same time. If you are trying to run any type of pack with the outdated version or without the required minimum version of MotionBro for the Pack, I have no way of guaranteeing it. If you can provide me more details and printscreens by email (support@alohafx.net) I would be happy to help you resolve any possible incorrect installation.

Yes, extended license allows you to create unlimited custom content for unlimited customers. The regular license allows unlimited custom content for a single customer. (regular = one license per customer).

I purchased the Create Pack and on motion bro instead of the create pack and the effects showing the thumbnail it just lists off the title and when I go to click on one on the bottom a message in yellow pops up that says “Select the Active Composition” and it doesn’t let me use it. Any Help?

All you need to do is create a composition with the size and settings you need your final file to have. Click on it inside After Effects and then import the template you want to use. You will notice that with an active composition you will no longer receive this error.

But now when i click on an effect it says “Can not find the file:’TYPOGRAPHY 003.aep’ in the path C:Users/Sayless Emi TTV/Downloads/Create Pack. and in the all included folders: 01 Typography,b Typography”. Maybe i made an error in the downlaoding proccess? should just redo the entire proccess? THANK YOU

Apparently some installation error has happened. Yes, it may be that the file you downloaded from Videohive is corrupted, or you have modified the location of the folders after installing the .list file. If you prefer, email me at: support@alohafx.net
hi, I am creating a 1:1 composition. When I apply the devices they are getting cropped. I thought the elements are auto-reponsive.
