How do I change the time, particurarily on the Rectangle Precomp? I cant get it to add minutes – it just stays at :20 seconds
Hello, look at the “CONTROLS” layer, there is a “END” marker on it. Just need to drag and drop the marker to change the countdown duration.
I just purchased this file. how do you export these timers without the background?
There is no background. You need to export in MOV format and set “Video output” => Channel to RGB + Alpha.

You need to edit the expression:
- Select the text layer - Press the E key twice (Pressing the keyboard key E twice will show any expressions applied to a layer. ) - Go to “Source Text property expression - Go to line 15: replace: format(hours) + + format(minutes) + ”: + format(seconds); by: format(minutes) + + format(seconds);

Hi! I see that this countdown doesn’t work with Adobe Premiere. But maybe there is possibilit to export timer to vide with transaprent background and then put it to adobe?
Hello, yes you can’t export the video in MOV format with transparency and then use it in Premiere Pro.
So can I open this countdown in any Adobe program to export it in MOV?
No, you need After Effects, I’m using expressions to display countdowns.
