can you use this for counting up and mapping to specific key frames? I’m trying to do a dollar incremental counter and I haven’t found many that work great in this respect.
Hello. The counter is prepared by using the ’’Timer’’ effect inside. It is possible to make some adjustments by playing with the settings and speed. It is a 100% After effects project. It is not available as a Key Frame, but I think it can be done with the time slower in After Effects. You can slow down and speed it up by clicking on the ’’Expand or collapse yhe in/out/duration/stretch panes’’ section at the bottom left and changing the section on the right that says ’’stretch’’ 100%.

I don’t need it to slow down and speed up linearly. I need it to map to specific parts of the video. So when it reaches a certain time it changes.
I understand. You can divide its setting from After Effects with CTRL+Shift+D and edit it according to your project. I can only help so much in writing.
