Once playing it the background appears to be all white.

I bought this for my employee. We got the plug-ins. But I guess it’s just too advanced for her to get working given all the crazy extras and such. I can see from the comments here, this is not easy.

When I open the project there is red cross in entire image and then the red lines as the video progress. These show up in the rendered video.
I create a quicktime movie and that is 200 MB. How can I make it 2 MB or something like that ? Can you point to me tutorial or something ?

Red cross, because plug-ins in the demo version. And for that would be the final video to be small in size, it is necessary to render in .avi and select the codec, for example DviX or XviD, or if you need to .mov, you should just choose in the option of MPEG -4 for example.
Sorry also another question – I opened the file and selected to render and it took more than 3 hrs and it is still rendering. I have 4gb win 7, 300 gb+ free disk space.

I’m having problems exporting the project. I’ve tried everything to export the file for some reason it fails at frame 00150. I’ve purge the ram, export it to different codecs, and it’s giving me problems. I have a deadline, please help. Any way to fix this problem? Thanks.
Hello This happens at all, and in any project. In order not to lose those shots that you have to render before the error, you need to render in sequences of images, for example as TGA . And then you can always continue to render farther from the place of fail. And then when render will finish, you can insert this sequence in AE and render in any video format.

I was able to rework it to have 10 slots & Screens (glad to share this with you if you’d like) I was wondering how you did the math on the focus distance. Is it pickwick off of something? With the new amount of screens, I need to zoom in more and move some things around and it has thrown off the focus distance. Any help into your thought and design process on that would be appreciated.

Hello. Thank you for that bought my project. Focus the camera can be configured in the Camera Options:
Focus Distance – is the focal length that you need to configure to the central object was in focus.
Animate this option in all key personnel positions your camera.

I’m trying to reach the creator of this file. Could you customize it to have 10 spokes instead of 8? I was also wondering if it would work with out the trapcode plugin (what effect uses the trapcode) Please let me know.
