Can the project be slowed down in AE? Im new to After Effects (CS3) and want to know if i can control that easily with this project file, especially with certain portions of the project.

I downloaded this video and I have CS5 when I open it, it says it is locked and cannot save any changes????

beautiful presentation file! I´m interested in buying it, but I have some questions. Is it possible to change and influence the movements of the objects, e.g. that they do not move out of the screen but come in front, stay there for a while (showing a photo or playing a video) disappear after a while (did you do the movements with expressions?). Is it a After Effects projects (aep file)? I know these are many questions but
