Your account doesn’t show that you’ve purchased the file. Could you please provide us with the license that show’s that you’ve purchased the file.
You can do this by going to your Videohive account’s Download page, and clicking on the “Download” button, which will generate a dialog box that allows you to download the license certificate and purhcase code.

Hey, MR…Love the Lower Third file!
But I’m having a bit of an issue.
My video will consist of duplicates of the provided lower thirds, but when I edit one copy (let’s say the CTA ), the text transfers to the other CTA copies, which tells me that they’re all linked.
How do I work around this? How do I “unlink” each copy of the CTA lower third from each other?
An immediate response would be greatly appreciated!
