Hi, we recently purchased this item, but unfortunately we are having trouble using it. The template seems to be faulty. Already when rendering/exporting the “empty” template, i.e. without own changes, the following error appears: After image 2, the “camera” does not pan to 3, 4, 5 and 6, but remains somewhere in the middle of the image and wobbles around. Then at some point it goes to image 7 and from this point, the sequence and positioning of the images is correct again. @mixmedia87 can you help us with this? Thanks!
Edit: Problem solved by changing the language. Does’nt work properly in German After Effects. Should have read all the comments before

Hi, thank you for this project. There’s a problem with the transform effect for transitions (for example Comp SCENE 2 layer Page1 for transition at 06s). Just opened the file and it’s not working properly. Same thing everywhere Transform is used. Dynamic values are not linked to any other data. Compatibility issue ? I’m working on AE 17.1.3

can the focus on a comic slide time be extended or are they all fixed lengths?
For example – the first picture i use, i want that to focus for approximately 15 seconds, but the second picture, focus on for 5 seconds etc.
Hey there, yes they can be extended, however you would have change the camera keyframes and scene length to match up.

Hi, great. What kind of audio are you using? Maybe you could remove some of the camera impacts, this involves changing some of the camera keyframes.
The project asks for after effects lens blur plug in which is no longer part of AE CC what canI do to fix this ?
Hey there. You turn the layer off, add am adjustment layer, blur, then add a mask so it appears to be a lens blur. I will update this for cc version.

hi, can we use images with this file? I’m trying to import jpg and it keeps saying that the file is either damaged or unsupported

Hi Seiko, this would take a bit of work to extend because of its nature, it is not a modular setup with repeat scenes.
Can you control the duration of each still you use or is the template set to a time
Hey matte989, The duration of each stills can be adjusted by extending the keyframes, however this maybe tricky if you are not advanced in AE.

Will the placeholders also accept video formats? I’d love to use this but have a need to project videos in the comic boxes as opposed to pictures.
Hey, the placeholders accepts video formats. Be sure to see if each second will be enough for your video, if not you will have to extend the camera key-frame.
