I bought this project but what you have in the enclosed file doesn’t offer what you video above shows. It’s different. Kind of strange.

Hello i need to know why when i open the project it tells me “this project must be converted from version 10.5 (windows 64). The original file will be unchanged.” Then i click ok and another box says “After effects warning: a layer has missing dependencies. Text Layer: Font family: “KomikaAxis”, Font Style: “regular”. Then i click ok, and another box says “After effects warning: 14 files are missing since you last saved this project.” I click ok again and another box says, “After effects warning: File “Comic_Book_File_videohive.aep” is locked. You cant save any changes to this file.” Then i click ok again and the project shows up and looks nothing like on the tutorial, it looks like destroyed film. Please inform me what to do immediately.

The first message that you are getting is because , i create the file in an earlier version of After Effects, it just tells you that is going to change it to be compatible with your version.
The second message , is because you didn’t install in your computer the font that i use to make this project so it tells you that you miss the “KomikaAxis”, Font Style: “regular”.
What you have to do is to install the font (you have to do that with closed After Effects.
The link for the free font is provided , inside the zip file that you download from videohive there is a text file with the name “Free font ” I am also put here in case that you can’t see it
http://www.dafont.com/it/search.php?q=Komika+AxisAs about the last errors you are getting ….it looks like the assets of the file are in a different folder from the After Effects file, so you open the project in After Effects the program can’t find the path to the assets…..what you have to do is to place the folder with the name ” (footage)” in a common folder with the After Effects file ( the one with the name “Comic_Book_file_videohive”
Once you do all this you wont get any more problems…then just follow the tutorial.
In case that you still have problems…..don’t worry….if you want i can skype you to give you assistant….

Ive completed all the editing of the file, and trying to render it, but it says it will take 20 hours to render. Is that normal and is there a faster way to export it into a video? I dont have 20 hrs to let my computer sit and render this file
This file needs about 1:30 or 2 hours in my PC that is 4 years old…....probably you are doing something wrong with the render settings…. also maybe you place very big images that slows the render….any way 20 hours is not right something is wrong….please give me more details and i try to help you.
