Not only was the template excellent and easy to use, the author went way above and beyond. I was having some issues with my program, and the author set aside his own time to help me by remotely connecting to my computer (this was within 15 minutes of emailing him). When there were still issues with my software, he helped me put together the video himself. Absolutely amazing customer service. I will be purchasing more templates from him in the future. Highly recommend!!
