Hello there ZeroLink, I had just purchased your Clean logo project but when I try to open I get the following message:
After Effect error: Source file has no importable streams. Please check that it is a valid video/audio file.

I had installed Quicktime Player 7 but still get the same message.

What does this require as far as the logo is concerned? Does it require more than a 2D .png file?
Hello, yes you only need a 2D png, jpg, ai, or other common photo formats for this. You basically drop your logo in the timeline and make adjustments in the control layers if needed.

Yes indeed lol try and install Quick Time to see if it works.
It did work. Thank you. what do I need to change to make background instead of black white and keep the logo looking like It’s 3D?

Glad it worked out!
When you open the template, you should see a tab in the timeline called “Background”. You can tick the eye icon to change backgrounds OR you can import your own background/media footage into that timeline.
