I purchased this AE movie but it will not import into the latest version of CC. optical_flares..mov is not able to be imported and the converted output to AE 2022 does not look good. How can this be fixed?

The project needs “Element 3D v1.6” plugin…....
What version of Element 3D will this work with? The latest is up to 2.2. If I purchase that version, will your project still render and work as you’ve intended?
