Hi, 2 questions. I’ve seen this stunning template and i bought it with elements unlimited. 1. But there is only the 12 images version? No 24 o rmore? Can I get that only buying it twice on videohive? 2. So when I buy it here the visible screen is still not 1920×1080 but only 650 px height? How to remove the black areas?
Hi, you can find other versions inside the folder “Render Comps”. You can increase the letterbox height up to 1080 – open the comp “Settings” – layer “Settings” – effect “Letterbox Height”
Hi there, beautiful work. I’ve just bought it and I am trying to edit it, however it takes +2 hours just to render the first scene with a video in the placeholder. Also, it seems that the video is freezed and has not movement. Any ideas? Could you please advise? Thanks in advance for your support!

Hi! No, it is not just a crop of the same comp – there are four projects with different formats: vertical project contains vertical placeholders.

Hello. Today I bought your very fine slideshow. I am using AE 22.0.0. AE automatically converted your file to my version. It seems that everything was okay after conversion.But after working on it I found an issue that distors text when its fade away.
