Does this scale up to 4k?

Could you point me to where I can change the movement of the elements? For some reason the video file I’m using for one of them rotates in and you can see the border, doesn’t look very good.

Also trying to figure out if there’s an easy way to speed up or slow down different elements, I need to fit more clips into a minute than the template currently has laid out.
