thanks for clarifying tony! i’ll be in touch regarding buying the original elements.
Hi, and thank you for your interest. The film grain is shot on a arriflex on Kodak stock. However it has gone through processing and been enhanced digitally in order to make it clean and undistorted enough to just layer on a clip to give it a film grain look with out the nuances. Now everything else in the pack is digital, Like the digital glitches and TV noise. These are (again) made digitally so that you get a clean neutral look. Sorry for any mis-representations. However, If you are interested in the TV noise I do have real captured TV noise that has all the nuances. I would use that for a more real and organic look -and I also do have the original scans of just the film that was shot. If you want the original film grain I can sell you the whole set. However They are in Avid DNxHD and run about 10GB. PM me if you would like them. Thank you and again sorry for any confusion. Im very flexible so if you are interested PM me.
Cheers!
so… turns out the film grain in here is not real grain, it’s digitally simulated. Your videohive description says so, but I came here and bought this based on a post you made in the video copilot forums where you said this was in fact real grain from Kodak stock that you shot with an Arriflex.

Please edit your post there. Whether or not you intended it to be, it’s misleading.
And if you do have true organic footage of film grain, I would very much like to discuss buying that.
Wow, nevermind,. i see they moved it to /movies in Lion… the sad part is i already knew that but must of forgot.
Glad it was resolved
If you have further questions, shoot me an e-mail. I’ll be more than happy to help you out.
