Hi, the transparent clip doesn’t upload in Premiere or After Effects cc 2018. Is there another version for this? I have a feeling it’s something to do with the codec. https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/quicktime7-support-dropped.html
Hello there, thanks for purchasing my videos and letting me know about the MOV PNG codec problem in recent Adobe video apps. Just re-encoded and re-uploaded the clip as new MOV ProRes 4444 with Alpha channel as well. So you can simply re-download and re-unzip the purchased clip again. Best, VM

Yes, it’s just a clean transparent clip, without this sample text of the preview.
