Hello, you should play with CC Toner color effect in Pentatone mode options with 50% blending, although not any ‘specific blue hex value’ achievable not changing shadow colors on the white chess pieces.

Thank you so much for the really fast reply. When I saw the other questions were 8 years ago I really didn’t have high hopes. I’m playing around with your suggestion now. I realize I can’t do change the black pieces exactly to the blue I need with highlights and shadows and such. I’ll see how close I can get.
