Why this not updated? Can me maje own story for beginner

Hi, I am a freelancer and I create videos in AE for my clients (paid). I like your toolkit and I want to use few animations in my videos. One video is for one clients, but I have more clients and every client need another video with another animations. When I create and then sell my videos (I dont use only your toolkit), need I regular od extended license ? Thanks
