I really liked the “Chain Breaking (2-Pack)” when I first saw it on VideoHive so I purchased it. I am a bit disappointed because it proposed a transparent background but as yet I cannot get rid of the black background. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2014 CC. When I import the mov file the background remains black. I sent an email to the author but unfortunately have not received a response.

I admit that I am a novice using AE 2014 CC but I was trusting the author. I sure hope they are reputable enough to respond.

Sorry for not responding ive been really bisy. Iwill rerender footage in one file including alpha chanel today
