I just the bought the file… and I am using adobe premiere element 9 for video editing… I place the center focus movie on second track top of jpg image there is no focusing occurs… what am I doing wrong? or Do I need to apply focusing manually ?
Hello, thank you for buying the file. Yes you are correct, you need to do the focusing from your camera , then sync them with the files. These are the “focusing points” only (grid). I hope that make sense

I do mostly news clips and images. I thought this would be very usefull to focus on one area of the image/clip. But it turns out it is only grid and red squares… I was miss-lead by demo video…

After a year, I looked again and I saw this : “A lot of people thought that I have included somehow a way to actually create the shallow depth of field with this grid.”
I might have forgot to write that I am totally beginner to AE projects and I have no intentions going into depths of AE program. I just know how to change image, change text that’s enough for me. If I wrote something to offend you I am sorry.
