We checked and the problem seems to be with the language please change your after effects language to english from your current language then open this project with fresh new file,hopefully your problem should be resolved, here is a video tutorial example for how to change the language of aftereffects cc2018 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rgrhXlUtm4 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtqSKYdSJ-Q

Hi there, Yes you can change the line color easily by selecting “02 Point Control-Rename it” layer. Then go to Effects control panel to change the line stroke width and color.
