Hi, the package contains two versions: v1 is for Davinci 17 & 18, while v2 is for Davinci 19. Are you sure you are using the v2 version? V2 works fine in latest Davinci
In the fusion page it works fine..but in the edit mode, I cannot place a tracker..and yes i use the correct version
If you have problems with tracker placement, have you tried precomposing the clip? (right click->New Compound Clip) Can you send me a short screen-record?

I purchased your product about a year ago, and it has always worked very well. However, with the latest beta versions of DaVinci, it is crashing and not functioning correctly. Most importantly, the “Track Fwd Then Reverse” button is currently missing.
Are you planning to release an update anytime soon?

We download your latest release, but we’re still experiencing a lot of crashes with DaVinci 19 Final Release. Additionally, the tracking feature isn’t working at all (forward, reverse, global, point, etc) We’re currently working on a Mac.
Can you help us identify what might be causing these issues?

Hello, my friend! We have the V2 running, and we’re experiencing continuous crashes and software locks with DaVinci 19.03 and 19.1.1 When it works, it’s very, very slow. Tested it on 4-5 different computers with top hardware and DaVinci Studio License
Please let me know if there’s any way to fix it!
Hi, here is a short video how it works on my macbook pro m1 pro 16GB ram in the FREE version of Resolve 19.1… I achieve a playback of about 16fps with render cache OFF, no crashes at all…

Anyway, I tested also the old version and it worked fine in Davinci 19.1.3

1) Is this compatible with DaVinci Resolve 18? (The description shows 17.)
2) Can this be used to show and track a simple graphical GPS pin, ideally a PNG file of my own choice?
3) How customizable are these titles? Can I change the entire look and feel of them so videos I create don’t look the same as anyone else who uses this product?
4) If I buy this but it doesn’t do what I need, is there a money-back return policy?

1) Yes, it is compatible with Resolve 18.
2) Transparent background for images (png) is not supported by default, but I can send you a modified version after purchase.
3) You can customize everything: animation duration, colors, font, size, decimals …

Hi, if you want to disable Text2, set its “Width” to 0. (For Text3, you can set “Size” to 0)

If the tracking fails, it is difficult to modify.
Hi, to change the Adaptive mode, open the macro in Fusion Page, run the console (Workspace->Console) and type:
Tracker1.AdaptiveMode=2
(2=Best match, 1=Every Frame, 0=None)
