I am struggling to open this file once download. I have re-downloaded twice and another on a different machine. The file extracts fine but then won’t play in media player, quicktime or VLC player. I’ve also tried to open it in Pinnacle Studio HD and it also doesn’t play.
Can you please advise?

I’ve checked the file itself and its zipped double. The problem is probably with the player, my Quicktime player version is 7.69.80.9 and it plays this video just fine. Maybe that’s the case, I’m not sure, sorry.

I’ve checked the file itself and its zipped double once again on different machines and Quicktime player (of version 7.69.80.9) plays it just fine. You should probably contact the Videohive team to solve this problem. I provide files of highest possible quality but the thing is that the site team may use its own programs for file compression. This may serve as basis for various bugs to appear. Please, contact the Videohive team, hope they will sort it out.

All of your other files work perfectly, I’ve purchased a few today. They are very good. Just wondered if I was doing something wrong with this particular file.
I download it, ‘business-group-in-front-of-computer.zip’ and then I unzip and it gives me ‘Ofice 5 people Dolly 23s.mov’. No double zip for me, so I’ll contact envato support.
