I purchased this a while back and finally have a use for it but with AFTER EFFECTS quicktime codec change it wont recognize the .mov file: “Footage_07” Is there any way I could get a usable version of this file. Is it an alpha? can you use animation?

If you need the Element 3d version 2.2.2 then why does your front page say you need Element 3d Version V.1?
Hi, 3d element version 2.2.2 is more stable and works without errors, so I recommend installing version 2.2.2

This project isn’t working for me. When I try to open it I get a ton of errors including “After Effects error: file ‘footage_07/mov’ cannot be imported – this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported”

I figured out that problem, It was because it was a .flv and I am on a MAC. However I do have a new problem. After following instructions, my logo that appears does not have the same texture as your video does. Instead it’s just looks like a black shadow. Not really sure what I did wrong, I have copied the video 3 times now. Emailing the issue to you now.

Can someone help me to remove the texture off my logo in element 3d for some reason it’s not working if i deactivate de texture off of it .. it simply removes the logo from the comp 
hi, the easiest way is: make the logo a standard material
you would have to show me how to do this… because i do not see any standard material, all i see is my logo all in white with cracks in it

can you send me printskrin your problem. most likely you do not have the codec quicktime. you first have uogo vozniula problem , you can plug-in version e3d 2.0
