Hi, I’m missing Lower 3rds. It was mentioned in the package list among other things that are also missing. The only files included are Tutorial, Six 3D render circles, Matte circles and Broadcast Theme.aep. Let me know if I didn’t download it properly and what are the next steps to take. I just bought this template, and while your description clearly stated the 3D files was pre-rendered, I also thought the originals was included. Is it possible for your to forward me the original 3D files as I want to modify a few thing before the render?

I am having a problem editing the file. I followed the tutorial exactly, but my logo is not showing up, and I am not able to edit colors at all.
The file doesn’t seem to recognize the changes for whatever reason. Any help would be great.

i was nice and didn’t take it at $5 this morning since that would be underpaying for this, earlier today glad to see they got the pricing where it should be. and you guys who got it at 5 should somehow send him the balance I think, or at least be nice and order some more of his projects ..
