Does the project have a file extension? The Complete name should be: Breaking_Wall_Display.aep On some windows systems the unzip deletes the file extensions. If you add ”.aep” to the Breaking_Wall_Display file its should work fine.

Do the mov files have the correct file extension?

Sorry for the inconvenience! I would need some more information in order to be able to suggest any solutions. I checked the project on my Windows workstation and everything works fine (besides having to add the *.aep extension to the “Breaking_Wall_Display” file). To make sure the file didn´t got corrupted while downloading I would recommend trying to download it again. Please get back to me if you experience any further issues!

hey there, thank you for your interest in the broken wall project! the easiest way to add an image to the wall before it gets broken is to do it directly in cinema 4D. It would be possible to do it in aftereffects but that would require an Null Object and a separate Alpha Channel for every piece of the wall. I hope that helps! Cheers, mfe

You mention in the description that this includes over 400MB of footage. What does this mean? Like Stock footage?

It means over 400MB of pre-rendered material. Including all the 3D material and a couple of Lense Flares. This saves you a lot of render time …

It looks like your version of windows does not recognize the file type. If you add ”.aep” to the Breaking_Wall_Display file its should work fine. The Complete name should be: Breaking_Wall_Display.aep

Thanks for buying my project! And sorry for the inconveniences … My guess is that there is some sort of problem with the mac os x native zip software in combination with windows unziping. A quick solution is to rename the the “Breaking_Wall_Display” file into “Breaking_Wall_Display.aep”. That should give the operating system a hint what to do with it. And you should be able to open it in AfterEffects.

Thanks for purchasing my project! It looks like you have a problem with unziping the project files.. My guess is that your unzip software is not fully compatible with the native zip software of Mac os X. I will send you the project file but you could also try an another unzip software.
