Could I change the rocket by my own?
The rocket itself can be changed, but it will be very difficult. It is created exclusively in AE
I edited the compositions adding a logo and website name but how to I export the whole video. when I export it just exports one composition at a time
Open the tab “Main” then the key combination Ctrl+M. The bottom line with a checkbox you have to edit for your need video

Ok thanks, I’ve followed your instructions from the PDF file but the files I am uploading to replace the logo are not appearing when rendering the design, it just shows a white circle? Any ideas why this would happen?
Perhaps your logo without a transparent background. Send your logo on my mail kadyrov74@gmail.com I will add to it a transparent background
