Seems that Windows live movie maker doesn’t import MOV files: - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Movie_Maker

So you need to convert my clip to AVI or better to easily import it to some more universal and professional video application that would use all the standard QuickTime codecs…

Again you may contact the Envato support about your confusion and try to ask for refund…
