hey I just purchased this I cant use it at all cant open it or manipulate it to my liking it says the file format is not supported on anything please help
What version of After Effects are you using ?
This file is broken like others have stated. The non plugin file does not work on AE 2018, PC. The background doesn’t even show up in the comp. Its just not compatible with the latest version of AE without plugins. Looking for some answers? or a file that works?

Apparently there is a problem with the project file for the After Effects CC 2018 for MAC users.I just sent you an After Effects CC 2015 version of the project. Can you try and see if it works for you ?
This file does not work at all. I am a PC user as noted above, the project still comes in with the plugin missing error and note that the file must be converted from 13.5 to the current version. Again PC, no plugins, Does not work. No background view able in the comp, plugin missing warning (particle)..and this file says its locked…..it opened but it still does the same as the previous.
Need a no plugin file that works or you have to pull this down from sale on envato. Are you testing this file on a PC for MAC without the plugin?
Its been a full day. Can you fix this issue or is it time for us all to get a request a refund?
The file is working fine for me and the envato team reviewed the project and approved it.I think it’s an Adobe After Effects CC 2018 problem I’m gonna be testing the project and fixing the issue on it ,Stay tuned.

I also had the same problem (Particular plugin) and my file doesn’t render the logo. I’m using After Effects CC 2018 on Mac.

There is 2 project files,a project file with called Blast Vortex Logo_Particular.aep and another project file called Blast Vortex Logo.aep use the second project file if you don’t have the plugin.
Yes, but have a same problem. Then, when I try to make preview the AF crashed, if I try to render video without touch nothing (so, original project), cant renderize. ...I have the original last version of AF, working on Mac.
