Why are the photos in the preview zooming? Yet when I replace the photos with my own, they only move, not move + zoom?

Very nice project. I purchased this and its great. I’m still pretty new using after effects. But could you please tell me why it takes so long to render? I And how may I add more placeholders? Could you just put my music and pictures in for me and I can pay you what you need? I’m really having a difficult time with this slideshow. Thanks!
