Same issue here as “tried opening it with adobe effects cc and 9 files are missing cause i dont have the right font on my pc?” I downloaded and tried this 3 times. Same problem…
4 of the video files in the PreRender folder seems screwed…

Thank You for purchasing my project. The font isn’t the reason causing the missing files. The reason for missing files is that the project can’t find the files that are linked to the project. Maybe the project files didn’t extract properly – Try redownloading and extracting the project again. Maybe You misplaced the project file from its original folder before opening it and now it can’t find the files. I also replied Your email withmore detailed assistance.
H! Havent bought it yeat and have question – is it possible to change colors of the thiems? In demo I can see three of them – orange/red, green and blue. Also can I change hooded man eyes color? Btw. Great project!
Hello, Thank You and Yes – it is possible to change colors individually. Eyes insides, eyes outside, claws, hood, fire, burn glow, background smoke etc.. All the color settings are put in main composition’s “controls” layer, so You can change every color individually with just a few clicks. And there are no “strict color presets” You chose whatever color You like I hope that answers Your question. Hello I am having a problem using my logo in this project. Your included logos look perfect any logo I import looks like its pixelated or has a weird filter put on it. I have tried png psd ai with no luck.

It may be just as simple as checking the “Continuosly Rasterize” checkbox on Your logo layer. Hard to say when I haven’t seen the result
Hi! This is a superb intro. I have problems with most of the .mov files in Cyberlink Powerdirector 13. I have converted them to various formats, but at least one fails to import no matter what I try. Will email you for assistance.
First of all thank You for purchasing my template. Sounds like You are trying to import prerendered files to some other software. The prerendered files are all tested and meant to be used with after effects, but since I used common and widely used .mov container with photo Jpeg/png video encoding there shouldn’t be problem with most of the software. More details and further assistance via email.
Hi MD. Thanks for the speedy reply and prompt assistance. I think the issue may be with my editing package. Using 2 layers solved one problem easily enough, next I will attempt to use the chroma key feature for transparency during my next edit. If that solves it then all well.
