This video footage is already in a loop. It’s very simple. In this videofootage the first frame matches the last frame.

For example, if you work in after effect, you only need to import video footage, then right-click to invoke the context menu ( Interpred Footage -> Main ). In the section “Other Options” set the desired number of cycles. After this video footage is automatically seamless stick together the video, the eagle will be a smooth loop without joints necessary for you timing.
