Hi… first of all AMAZING work!!!... I’m twitch streamer and I’m interested in use some of your loops for example when I’m about to start a game but I’m still talking to my viewers and I’m in front of this background… also maybe in a “brb” scene with some stuff in front of the backgound…. I dunno so much stuff I wanna do for my channel
Due I’m gonna use your backgrounds in this way and use them every time I stream… what kind of License do I have to get?

When I try to add this to Premiere 2019 I get “unsupported compression type”. I can’t play it in vmix as a background clip (maxes CPU and grinds everything else to a halt). Plays at about 5 FPS in VLC. These files are unusable…. refund please.
Hey there, can you send me your email, I can send you the files again in a better format for your editor. They are quicktime animation files – these will always give trouble if you open inside of VLC, it is not meant for that sort of video player.
It still doesn’t work in Premiere , after effects . Can you fix this or can i get a refund?

Will not work in Premier Pro. The File has no video or audio streams is the message i get. Gonna need a refund.
Will not work in quick time, VLC,windows, Resolve, I’ve downloaded it 2 times now and same thing. I don’t know how these files where encoded but its busted.

im using the most recent version, also do you have 4K version I thought this was going to be 4K?
Strange I’m going to have to do tests with latest quicktime, first instance I’ve heard of this. Project clearly states 1920×1080. We do have a 4k background loops but it is more expensive – https://videohive.net/item/looping-backgrounds/15647540. In the meantime send me your preferred codec and I’ll have them sent to you.
1920×1080 is fine. I just need a codex that will work. prores, h264, something that is a high quality that will actually play. also what else do you have, I’m looking for some page transitions and lower thirds.
