Hello! I am receiving an error message saying that “Lens Blur” is missing. And therefore the preview renders look harsh and awful. I am using Adobe CC 2018 is there a way to troubleshoot this?
If this cannot be fixed, I would like a refund. Because it is unusable like this.

Just purchased this, but none of the MOV files work in aftereffects for PC. Pops an error and says compression type not supported. I have quicktime installed. Please help!

If you’re using the latest version of After Effects, some QuickTime legacy codecs may be missing in the application. After Effects will not recognize the files, indicating the files are unsupported or corrupt.
To enable the codecs, follow these steps based on your computer platform (PC or Mac):
For Mac OS X: Exit After Effects > Click the Apple Menu > Select System Preferences > Select QuickTime > Click the Advanced tab > Select Show legacy encoders > Close System Preferences
For Windows XP: Exit After Effect > Click Start > Control Panel > Double-click QuickTime > Click the Advanced tab > Under Media Encoding, check Enable encoding using legacy codecs > Click OK
For Windows Vista: The procedures in these instructions are based on the default interface of Windows Vista. If the interface is customized, some procedures might vary. For example, a commonly encountered difference is the navigation to Control Panel from the Start menu: You might navigate Start > Settings > Control Panel instead of Start > Control Panel.
Exit After Effects > Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Double-click QuickTime > Click the Advanced tab > Under Media Encoding check Enable encoding using legacy codecs > Click OK

Is the pre-rendered 3D statue spin a full 360º spin? As in, will we see the back of the statue?
The statue is pre-rendered to make a full turn if needed, but it has been time remapped to pause facing forward.
Very clean structure. This was my first AE projects and I found the set up very intuitive and clearly set up. I was able to create a killer video without any hassle or stress. Highly recommended.

What is typography? Is this included in the project?
The font used is “Century Gothic”. It is a system font that should be available on your Mac or PC.
Hi Super 8 – I purchased the template yesterday. When I opened it in AE, the files are missing and when I tried to look for the files / import the files, it says the file is unsupported. Thanks so much for your purchase! Please download the file again. Sometimes files can become corrupt while downloading. Also, please remember to keep all footage files and assets in the original folders. Moving them will break the links in the project. Let me know if this resolves the issue.

Hi Super 8, I am interested in purchasing this template but I would like to confirm that I can change the gold man statue. Can the statue be changed for any 2d image and still appear as 3d in the final comp? I am going to use this in an awards ceremony but I need to change the image to the specific image of the awards statue… which is a bird…. Appreciated.
Thanks for your question! Sorry, the statute in the project is a pre-rendered 3D element which can be replaced with your own award, however it will not appear as a 3D object.
If you want to add your own award, simply navigate to the “Statue” comp located in the “Pre-Comps” folder. Open the comp and drop in your own image. Be sure to turn off the original statue layers.
