I can’t even preview more than a second when working with this template and my After Effects crashes everytime I try and export it to the render cue. How can I go about getting a refund?

For refunds you have to contact Envato support. They handle all the billing and distibution.

Looks like I made a serious mistake, from what I can tell, this item is useless until I invest in over a $100 dollars. Am I mistaken?

As written in the items description this template requires the Trapcode Form and Optical Flares plugin. So yes, without Trapcode Form the project does not work. You can use it without Optical Flares though, but then of course the flare will not work. I do offer customization and render services. If you are interested, please send a mail. Refund requests are handled by Envato stuff. Authors cannot refund because all the distribution and billing is done by Envato.

Hi there, everything works fine but Disperse strength is the only control that doesn’t work at all. I tried to change the number of strength but nothing happens. Do you know why?

First of all make sure that you are on a frame where the disperse is active. Depending on your audio it may not be active all the time.
Also try to change the Disperse Threshold. These two values are related. You can also try to change the Frequency settings. Maybe your audio frequency is not within the limit that activates the disperse. And be aware that there are controls for Top and Bottom part seperated.

Hi.. I love this visualizer so much, awesome work! One thing I would like to change – the blurriness/focus – I think its way to unfocused in the back and want to see more details of the particles. Is that possible?

Generally it is possible to resize the comp. But you cannot only change the resolution. You also need to update the particle emitter position, size, particle count and so on and the camera position and settings to fit your comp.

As written in the items description this template requires the Trapcode Form and the Optical Flares plugin. You get the error because you probably don’t have the plugins installed.
When I go to render the template it sometimes renders properly but other times doesn’t render the waveform visualization. It looks fine inside afterFX but not the rendered video. I’m using the correct version for Form and have optical flares installed. Any thoughts?
Thanks for your purchase. Never heard of that problem, but maybe it’s somehow related to the cache. Please try to purge all caches before rendering. This is my only guess so far, could be wrong though. Please let me know whether that helps.

Please make sure that you open the project file that manches your version of Trapcode Form. You probably just opened the wrong aep file.

No, the After Effects version doesn’t matter. I only know this problem related to the Trapcode Form version. Maybe it could also be an expression related problem. Do you use After Effects in English? If no, please try to open it with an english version. If this doesnt work, please send a mail with screenshots.

Yes, but you would have to extend the composition durations.
If I buy this project how long the render time will be for a music of 5 min length?
That´s very difficult to answer, because render times depend on so many different aspects. It depends on your whole system (processor, graphics card, harddisks, etc) but also which codec you render. But it is not a project that renders in a few minutes.

No sorry, I really have no idea how long it will last to render a 5 minute version with your setup. I cannot even estimate that. Every number would be a pure guess.

Thanks for your purchase. The expressions are universalized, so it should work. Maybe there are issues with the french version of After Effects. Please change the language settings of AE to english and try it again.

I’m having the same issues with migrating the settings of Form and converting the file version supplied for After Effects CC 2018. The screen is also completely black despite migrating the settings for “Audio Reactive Particles”
Thanks for your purchase. There is a problem with migrating the settings. This is caused by Trapcode Form version 3. It has nothing to do with the After Effects version. I contacted Red Giant support, but did not get any answer yet. Right now the only solution is to use trapcode form v2. I hope that I will soon be able to release an updated version.
