Hi Alex, In December there was an update to support new CC2019 Expression engine. Please download the latest version for Arrow Preset to work in the new version of After Effects.
I’m AE CC 2018 Length, show arrow heads didn’t work can you fix it?

Arrow preset works on all platforms and languages, from version cs6 to the latest versions.
