There is an issue with the video file. Importing the .mov in video editing software prompts an error message. Please advise.
It has purchased 56 times before this and no one complained it. File is encoded with Photo png+Alpha. I suggest you to try video with another computer. Also you can update your codecs.
I attempted it with another computer and ran the update. I also tried downloading the file again and had the same issue. Please reimburse the money for this issue.
