Hey, I need a refund. This product has many problems that should be explained much better in your description.
You can only run this for 15 seconds. If you reverse the time then it’s completely noticeable & looks horrible. You can’t copy multiple instances of this, because it jumps. All in all, you should tell people this in the description, so they don’t purchase something that’s such a low quality product.
I figured I would comment here in case you refuse to give me a refund, I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake that I just made.
Hello, I just bought this pack. I wanted to ask why the “4K” title doesn’t dissapear when I uncheck the “Title” marker. It works with the Full HD version.
I also want to know how I can loop these backgrounds so I can use them as a BG for a project thats over 15min long?
Hello, Thank you for purchasing. The problem with title in 4K version has been fixed. To loop BG it’s better to reverse in time each even BG on a timeline. In future update it will be possible to loop all generated BGs.
