my company bought this template does not know the source, i have AE CC 2018 and got error with importing videos.

The project used footage in the format .mov, the latest version of Adobe refused QuickTime codec, probably so they do not open, you can write through the contact form with the account from which the purchase was made, and I will send you a version that will work without this codec, if not possible, you can open the project in any previous version.
