In the Project window open the “Extra Placeholders” folder. You will see three compositions: Text (Test Memory), Text (Date-Time), Text (Dir). You can open these compositions and edit any text layers.

Lens blur have been removed in CC 2017. It should be updated for Camera Lens Blur

Yes of course. All compositions have Frame Rate = 29.97 by default. Of course you can change the FPS for any composition or Render Settings set to 60 fps

To quickly change settings for all compositions I use the free script – rd: Comp Setter
