These have a black border around them. I thought they would be white speech bubbles, but they are transparent with surrounding video black. I can’t use these, so I’m pretty disappointed. 
Oh don’t worry about it! Just fill it with white color! What soft did you use? I can help you with it
Not sure what you mean by “soft.” I put the video speech bubble in one of my video tracks and changed the compositing so it would show in my current video track, but it’s a black square with a transparent bubble.

I use Movie Studio Platinum 13. I will send the screenshot by this weekend. I’ve found a workout for now and have to finish something by tomorrow.
