Yep, ProRes I believe is one of the best codecs you can use and will work on both windows and mac.
Unfortunately PRoRes doesn’t import in AfterFX CS6 on PC. Thank you for your reply!
It actually does, I myself have used it before. You need to first make sure you have quicktime installed on your PC or else NO quicktime file will work. Next make sure that you don’t have another competing codec running in the background that would conflict with quicktime. The only thing you will not be able to do in after effects on a PC is render out your own quicktime ProRes file.
