Hi, How can I access the tutorial? This is the error that I get: “The video player is in the connection error state. It enters this state when a video stream attempted to load but was unsuccessful. There are two possible reasons for the error: no connection to the server or the stream was not found.”

Please advise. I’m on a mac. Our email is: fullmotion@fulllifeministry.org

I purchased this product and it looks great! However, the Video_Tutorial file will not play in FLV player or Windows Media Player either.

Any help accessing and viewing the video_tutorial file will be greatly appreciated.
