Hi there! thank you for your purchase. Are you talking about the white border around the photos? You can change the colour by going into Precomps folder in the Project panel on the left. Look for 09 – Solids. Find ‘White Solid 1’. Highlight it by clicking on it once. Then go to Layer in your top menu and click Solid Settings. Here you can change the colour from white to Yellow. I could incorporate all the photographs and follow each step outlined in the tutorials, but constantly get an error when rendering. Hi, nice job, if I chose 100 photos, will I be able to change the big mozaic photos of the boy and girl with a photo more specfic to my photos ? For example I want to use to to display some financial charts photos and I don’t want to have the photos with the kids forming the mozaic, will I be able to chose my own ?

Hi Yeaboy. Awesome work. Totally love it. Just two question. Is there any way that I can reduce the number of pics, say to 50 or event less without getting the blank frames. I placed a video in the background, it plays but on every scene change, it starts from the beginning. is there a way of getting it to play without looping on scene change. Again awesome work.
Hi Kromian! thanks for your kind words and for your purchase Unfortunately there is no easy way round to reducing the number of photos, the template is set up to use exactly 100 images I’m sorry. With using a video for the background image it will result in looping. Its because each scene has its own background and camera to allow users to move the scenes around, So the background image will only work with a still photo unfortunately. You can add video to the other 99 placeholders except for the end frame which also needs to be a still photo. I will address the end frame and I might look at reducing the number of photos for a next update! regards

Another newbie question, how is the easiest way to add maybe a title sequence? I’m making the video for my aunties birthday and wanted it to say happy birthday at the start.

If you are thinking of using another template from videohive for your title sequence. The easiest way would be to render both videos and combine them together in an editing program like Adobe premiere or iMovie or even in after effects. If it is just simple text, the same applies.

Hi there! thank you! The logo is in the 03 – Main Photo Image comp. Just drag any photo in and it will replace the image.

Hi there!. Yes video can be added to the 99 photos but not to the Endframe mosaic, it is not properly setup for taking video. It will play but it will sto on a frame. It’s best to use a photo for the endframe until the next update.
What size do the photos need to be? Thanks
Hi there. A recommended size would be 1080×1080 which is the dimension of the placeholder. But in saying that any size would do. It is just a matter of scaling up or down the images to fit the placeholder. Regards.
Like one of the other customers, I purchased what I thought was an executable program. After much time digging around for support, I realize that I need to have After Effects, which I do not have. I would like to request a refund for the program since I cannot use it.

I have contacted Envato for the refund request. I see there are trial version of Adobe After Effects and wondered if a trial version would be able to run your template? Your program is exactly what I wanted for a memorial slide show, just not enough time to do a huge learning curve. Appreciate any input.

Hi kendria. I haven’t tried running the template in trial mode. But Give the trial version a go. Let me know if that works or not. The tutorial video will guide you through the steps. But if you do need any help, please don’t hesitate to ask.
