The camera move can be adjusted, and the zoom as well.

The title of the book can be easily changed.

The textures cannot be replaced.

Best solution: when you finish editing drop the FINAL one on a new composition and use Time Remapping to freeze or slow some frames for as long as you need.

Extra pages can only be added by looping manually the base video. It will not look as good but you may Time Remap it to loop some sequences.
