Hi prescribedbranding: This project includes versions CS3 and CC2014, so there should be no compatibility issues for you.

Regarding the “property released” issue- I’m actually glad you brought this to my attention, as I wasn’t aware of it. Aside from the use of the photos and music in the sample preview, all assets used in this design were my creation. Even the camera model itself was designed to be a more generic version, so as to avoid any obvious likeness to existing brands (canon, nikon, etc.) I’m guessing the camera might be considered “a real-world product” that I could not claim intellectual property rights to (I did not invent the idea of a camera, after-all).

Videohive might be able to offer a better explanation. I’ll see what I can find on this!
