I have taken one of the four loops and extended it 5 minutes to fit a song in a mix. After I rendered it, the finished .mov file was a whopping 46GB! Is it suppose to be that size???? Did I do something wrong?

yes most likely .mov is not the way to go. What you can do is import your .mov file into a new comp and render it out as .mp4
You can play with the bitrate value to adjust the final file size.

No, not in this case. I used only OpticalFlares so it´s just one image that is prerendered. In case you would like to update it to 8k, you would neeed original c4d files from me.
Did you use some plugin in this video ? can i use it i the trial version of AF ?
