I would like to use these clips with your “Library Girl Stock Bundle” but where exactly can I find that specific bundle? Without access to that bundle it kind of makes this bundle useless.
Just opened the project, the footage of the girl taking her iPad and leaving the library as shown in the video preview doesn’t exist in the downloaded package. Could you please help me with this, I bought this mainly for that reason.
I’m still waiting on the stock footage bundle to be approved. It’s been 8 days. I’m not sure why it has taken so long, but it should be available soon. The closing shot that you’re describing is in that bundle. I’m so sorry for any misunderstanding on what’s included in this bundle. If you contact support and explain the circumstances, they should be able to help with this situation and help you download the stock bundle when it is available.
