Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing my project. Just wanted to inform you that there is no bug in my project otherwise envato doesn’t approve it. After effects CC2017 is the latest version and i have’nt used it, there might be some new setting which is why it is crashing. Hope you’ll resolve your issue with AE installation and its bugs.

Just render it from after effects… do your encoding on the.mov file… Dont run after effects and encoder at the same time

Hi, Thank you for purchasing my project, The problem you are facing is i think you are using adobe media encoder and after effects side by side…. why do you need to run adobe media encoder anyways? i suggest you just open the project in after effects, close other media softwares and render it, forget the adobe media encoder, if you still face the problem you can send me your collected project .zip file through wetransfer and i will try resolve it for you. cheers !

if you mean the world map coming in the very start, then yes it can be replaced by the footage, the color can be customized too. i have included a video tutorial too on how to do the customization.

Hi, Thanks for purchasing my project, I am assuming you have written your text in the logo composition, please check if you have make your text 3D or no, I mean you have to turn that cube icon on in the aftereffects panel tab other wise it will not appear in then final comp. I don’t think there should be any other issue other than that !!

Remove all third party plugin or uninstall and reinstall after effects again, do not install any third party plugins and open this project, i hope that way you won’t get any error, thanks

How would I remove said 3rd party plug-ins? Thanks for all the help by the way.

If you will reinstall After effects it will be installed only with the default plugins, 3rd party plugins are installed separately like you have to run the trapcode suite setup to install its plugins, or you can simply uninstall addition plugins from the control panel and by deleting from the plugins directory, but i guess the first method is better, I hope this way you will solve your problem.
