Hello there; I bought your logo work, I will use it at our company’s annual meeting, we will have a 5120×1024 pixcell screen in the meeting room and the logo needs to appear on the whole screen, I tried to make it the largest possible size, but I can enlarge the logo, but I only need to enlarge the background so that it fills the screen, when I enlarge the logo all settings are corrupted, I would be very grateful if you could help me in this regard,

This is the latest answer from Adobe regarding 3D Element V 2 on MAC! NOTIS!!! Our apologies but Intel video cards are not supported with Element.

I purchased this template and there are a few problems when loading in the latest version of AE and Element v2. Namely, the description doesn’t say I need Pro Shaders (not Pro Shaders v2, which I have), and the floor material appears to be a material from this pack.

Also, the floor model itself isn’t loading correctly. I assume it’s a flattened cube or a plane, but I’m upset that I’m not able to view this scene set up as you intended. Do you have a way to help me configure the floor layer properly in Element?

Hi, I have purchased the sound track along your AE template but have diificulty syncing them. What I mean is that the logo movements are not on the beat and it doesn’t look as interesting as your demo. Please let me know how to fix it.

I purchased both Plugins but when opening, the file is missing the Flat_Box.obj model and can’t find it any of the downloaded content. Checked with Video CoPilot and its nothing on their end… Thanks for any help you’re able to give!
